Compensation:
Salary: $79,000 - $93,000/year (based on experience)
Pay-per-billed-visit: $35-$36/billed visit (30-minute sessions) | $120 per evaluation | $35-$36/meeting hour
Clinical Fellows: $36.50/hour
Signing or relocation bonuses: Up to $10,000
Performance incentives: Up to $9,000 annually

Your Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and multidisciplinary team members
Provide culturally competent, family-centered care
Complete case management activities consistent with quality assurance standards
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Participate in team meetings and care coordination
Qualifications:
Required:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or currently in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
Colorado DORA SLP license (or eligible to obtain)
BLS/CPR certification
Passion for pediatric care and collaborative practice
Preferred:
Pediatric experience (CFY candidates and new grads welcome!)
Experience in multidisciplinary settings
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand/walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
