Ohio Sports & Spine Institute, Ltd is currently seeking licensed Physical Therapists to be a part of our energetic and inspired TEAM.
We are looking for licensed Physical Therapists to join our patient rehabilitation team and provide outpatient therapy and rehab services in our physical therapy locations in Boardman and Howland, Ohio. We offer an excellent compensation and benefits package, paid training and a flexible schedule for all of our licensed physical therapists. The job duties and responsibilities include:
\* Consult with patients to learn about their physical condition and symptoms and review their medical history.
\* Diagnose movement dysfunction by listening to patients and observing them as they move.
\* Develop an individualized treatment plan.
\* Coach patients and teach them therapeutic exercises and stretches to improve their condition.
\* Use hands-on therapy such as massage to ease patient's pain and provide stimulation to promote healing.
\* Maintain patient records by keeping track of goals and progress while adapting treatment plans.
