*The Opportunity*

We are seeking a dedicated and personable *Dental Hygienist* to join our team. This is a full-time position, working Monday through Thursday. In this role, you will be a key provider of quality care and a trusted partner in our patients' oral health journeys. Unlike corporate dental offices, we focus on real dentistry and building real relationships. There are no quotas, no pressure, and no upselling-just a supportive environment where you can do your best work.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing with a gentle and thorough touch, *6-8 patient per day.*
* Take high-quality dental radiographs.
* Provide personalized patient education on oral hygiene techniques and preventative care.
* Work collaboratively with Dr. Bond and the rest of the clinical team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
* Maintain a clean, sterile, and welcoming environment, upholding the highest standards of care.

*Qualifications & Who You Are*

The ideal candidate for our *Dental Hygienist* position is friendly, professional, and detail-oriented, taking great pride in doing things right-and with heart.

* Must hold a current Colorado Dental Hygiene license in good standing.
* Certification in local anesthesia and CPR is preferred.
* You believe in treating patients like people, not numbers.
