*About the Role:*
We're seeking an experienced and motivated *Emergency Veterinary Technician* to join our growing team. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who thrives in emergency medicine and values collaborative, high-quality patient care.

*Responsibilities:*

* Triage incoming emergencies and assist with patient intake
* Monitor hospitalized and critical care patients
* Administer medications, IV fluids, and perform blood draws and lab tests
* Assist veterinarians with diagnostics, radiographs, and emergency procedures
* Maintain accurate medical records and patient flow communication
* Ensure treatment areas and equipment are clean, organized, and ready for use
* Support and train veterinary assistants and new team members as needed

*What We're Looking For:*

* 2+ years of veterinary technician experience (ER or specialty preferred)
* LVT or equivalent experience strongly preferred
* Ability to stay calm, efficient, and compassionate under pressure
* Skilled in restraint, venipuncture, catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, and lab procedures
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Flexible schedule nights, weekends, and holidays required in our 24/7 setting
* Understanding & patience in the process of starting up a brand new ER.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
