We are seeking a Registered Nurse Manager to join our team in Scranton. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional patient care while upholding our mission of dignity and compassion. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering an environment that supports both residents and staff.
*Responsibilities*

* Provide clinical supervision and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Lead and manage nursing staff, fostering a culture of excellence in patient care.
* Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
* Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Ensure proper documentation and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
* Collaborate with external agencies to enhance service delivery.
* Manage budgets related to clinical operations effectively.
* Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff.
* *Qualifications*
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field; Master's degree preferred.
* Valid nursing license in the state of PA
* Proven experience in critical care, assisted living, or hospice settings.
* Strong management and leadership skills with a focus on team development.
* Knowledge of EMR systems and medical terminology.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Pay: From $87,360.00 per year
