Bronson Behavioral Health Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board -Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, designing, and implementing behavior intervention plans for individuals with behavioral problems, psychiatric disorders, post -traumatic stress disorder, substance abuse and physical and emotional abuse. This role requires a strong understanding of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and the ability to work collaboratively with families, educators, and other professionals to promote positive behavioral changes.

*Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
* Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques.
* Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Provide training and support to caregivers, educators, and other staff on behavioral strategies.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
* Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress reports.
* Stay current with research and best practices in the field of behavioral health.

*Experience*
* A minimum of a master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field is required.
* Board Certification in Behavior Analysis by the certification board is required.
* Prior experience with ABA programing is required.
* Experience working with adults is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $86,064.00 - $96,168.00 per year
