*Job Overview*
The clinical supervisor will manage a group of 6 to 8 team supervisors who are responsible for supervising and providing support behavior interventionists who are tasked with providing ABA therapy to children with autism or other developmental delays. HE or She will supervise all program services to ensure quality and effective services are always provider to the children in our care.
*Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities & Duties*
* Supervise program services to ensure high quality and effective services are being provided to all children in our care.
* Supervise 6 to 8 team supervisors
* Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments
* Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
* Monitor client progress and adjust plans as necessary
* Supervise and train behavior technicians and other staff
* Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals
* Collect and analyze data to evaluate intervention effectiveness
* Maintain accurate and detailed client records
* Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients and their support networks
* Ensure all interventions are in compliance with ethical guidelines
* Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices
* Develop and conduct training workshops for staff and stakeholders
*Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications & Skills*
* Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
* Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
* Proficiency in data analysis software and tools
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in creating and conducting training sessions
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations affecting behavior analysis
* BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
* Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
* Extensive knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques
* Minimum of two years of practical experience in applied behavior analysis
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
* Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff members
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
