* Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments, as needed
* Work alongside clients and families to develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based and trauma-informed practices.
* Provide individual and family therapy interventions with clients in their home, community, one of our office locations, or virtually
* Offer timely crisis intervention and support to clients as needed.
* Evaluate client progress and treatment strategies for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with team members, community representatives, or family members on behalf of the client's needs.
* Maintain accurate records of all activities.
* Show cultural sensitivity in all interactions.

What We're Looking For:

* *Education:* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.
* *Licensure:* LSW/LISW, LPC/LPCC required.
* *Experience:* Proven experience in mental health assessments, crisis intervention, and resource coordination.
* *Skills:* Strong communication skills, ability to build rapport, and familiarity with community resources.
* *Competence:* Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* *Collaboration Skills:* Strong ability to work collaboratively with team members, clients, and external partners to achieve common goals.
* *Knowledge of Community Resources and Care Coordination: *In-depth knowledge of community resources and proven skills in coordinating care to ensure clients receive comprehensive support.
* *Ethical Decision-Making and Quality Clinical Care:* Commitment to making ethical decisions and maintaining a strong focus on providing high-quality clinical care.
* *Clinical Documentation:* Ensuring accuracy and timeliness in clinical documentation to support effective client care and compliance with regulations.
