*Job Overview:*
Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center is seeking a Radiation Therapist to join the Radiation Oncology team for a 6-weeks assignment. This role involves administering advanced radiation treatments using state-of-the-art equipment in a tertiary care hospital setting. The position requires 5 consecutive day shifts.
*Schedule:*
* Day shift: 5 x 8-hour shifts (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
*Requirements:*
* Minimum 4 years of Radiation Therapist experience
* Valid California State License
* Certification: ARRT (T) preferred
* Current BLS certification
* Experience with Electron Beam Therapy, SBRT, IMRT, Stereotactic Radiosurgery, Tomo Therapy
* Familiarity with Varian Trilogy, Vision RT treatment units
* Proficiency with Varis-Vision or ARIA record and verify systems
* Travel experience preferred
*Facility Info:*
* Patient Age Groups: Adults and Geriatrics
* Daily Census: Approximately 32 treatments per day
* Unit: Radiation Oncology (2 treatment rooms)
* COVID-19 Vaccine: Not required
* Flu Vaccine: Unknown
