Physical Therapist - Outpatient Clinic | Asheville, NC

*Position Overview:* We're looking for a compassionate and skilled physical therapist who values one-on-one patient care. In our clinic, you'll see the same patients throughout their treatment journey-no handoffs, no double-booking. Just meaningful work with people who trust you.

*What You'll Do:*

* Provide individualized physical therapy sessions with continuity of care
* Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals
* Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery, and wellness
* Collaborate with a small, supportive team in a relaxed, patient-first environment

*What We're Looking For:*

* Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina (or eligible for licensure)
* Passion for personalized, hands-on care
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred, but new grads are welcome!
* *McKenzie training a plus!*
