*Duties*
* Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.
* Monitor and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
* Help maintain patient hygiene and cleanliness in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
* Provide emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times.
* Assist nursing staff with medical documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.
* Support the movement of patients within the facility, including transferring them to different areas as needed.
*Requirements*
* Certification as a Nursing Assistant or equivalent experience in healthcare settings.
* Knowledge of medical documentation practices and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) usage.
* Experience in acute care or hospice care is preferred but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality and safety.
* Ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments such as urgent care or critical care units.
* Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor towards patients of all ages.
