Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $78,000 - $103,000/year
Additional Earning Potential:
Monthly productivity bonus up to $750 ($9,000 annually)
Signing or relocation bonuses up to $10,000

Your Responsibilities:
Deliver evidence-based ABA programming to pediatric clients
Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to your RBT team
Conduct comprehensive program reviews and assessments
Maintain accurate, timely documentation
Lead parent training sessions and collaborative meetings
Support RBT professional development and skill-building
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on integrated care plans
Qualifications:
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Current BCBA® Certification in good standing
Passion for pediatric care and family-centered practice
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit for 1-2 hours and stand/walk for 4-6 hours daily
Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
Frequent bending, reaching, and precise motor function with both hands
