*Your Day-to-Day*

* Conduct *well-child visits*, developmental screenings, and immunizations.

* Diagnose and manage *acute and chronic illnesses* in pediatric patients.

* Provide *urgent care services* such as laceration repair, minor injury treatment, and illness management - all within the same shift.

* Partner with parents and caregivers to promote healthy lifestyles and preventive care.

* Collaborate with nurses, medical assistants, and other providers to deliver seamless, coordinated care.

*What We're Looking For*

* *Board Certified in Pediatrics (MD or DO)*

* *Active Virginia medical license*

* *Fluent in Spanish (required)*

* Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills

* Flexible and adaptable to both primary care and urgent care settings

* Passionate about child health and delivering outstanding care to families

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $105.00 - $120.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
