*Responsibilities*
As a Speech-Language Pathologist at Rogers Bridge Pediatric Therapy, your responsibilities will include:
* Administering and interpreting a variety of speech, language, and feeding assessments tailored to each child's needs
* Developing individualized treatment plans with clear, measurable goals to guide therapy
* Maintaining accurate and timely documentation, including daily SOAP notes, progress summaries, and re-evaluations
* Submitting progress reports every 6 months and/or as needed for plan of care updates or transitions
* Ensuring a safe, clean, and organized therapy environment that promotes learning and engagement
* Tracking and analyzing data to monitor progress and make informed treatment decisions
* Collaborating with families, caregivers, therapists, and other professionals to support care
* Communicating effectively with parents and team members regarding goals, progress, and strategies for carryover at home
* Upholding HIPAA standards and maintaining client confidentiality in all aspects of care
* Keeping electronic medical records updated using clinic-approved EMR systems
