Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education and be committed to providing behavioral health services to children and adolescents. The BCBA will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral disorders using evidence-based practices. Two to four years of experience as a BCBA is required.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement behavioral therapy techniques, including positive reinforcement, desensitization, and relaxation training.
- Monitor patient progress through ongoing data collection and analysis, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and confidentiality standards.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and effective communication.
- Provide patient care and support, promoting a safe and supportive environment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in behavioral health and maintain certification through ongoing professional development.
Skills
- Experience in special education, with a focus on behavioral health.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and the ability to maintain accurate medical records.
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis, with the ability to track patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Knowledge of patient assessment techniques and the ability to develop effective treatment plans.
- Familiarity with behavioral health practices and evidence-based therapies.
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
- Understanding of HIPAA guidelines and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
- Experience in patient care and support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
