We are seeking a *Full-Time Physical Therapist *to join our *Williamsport Office*. This role offers an excellent work-life balance, professional autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a patient-focused environment.

*Position Details*

* Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
* Setting: Outpatient clinical environment
* Patient Population: Workers' Compensation (WC) and Personal Injury (PI) patients
* Type: Full-Time, Onsite

*Responsibilities*

* Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic injuries.
* Collaborate with physicians, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
* Document patient progress and outcomes in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards.
* Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention strategies.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment.
* Schedule patients appointments in office
* Guide PTAs & CCAs regarding patient treatment plans and rehabilitation

*Qualifications*

* Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Pennsylvania (required)
* Strong clinical skills with orthopedic and rehabilitation experience preferred
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
* Experience with Workers' Compensation and/or Personal Injury patients a plus

*Compensation & Benefits*

Competitive Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Pay: $38.00 - $49.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
