*Heartview Foundation is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our team.* This role is essential in providing compassionate, high-quality care to individuals receiving treatment for substance use disorders across *outpatient and medication-assisted treatment (MAT) programs*. *Pay Range:*
*LPN: $27 - $32/ hour, *depending on experience
*RN: $32 - $38/ hour, *depending on experience
*$5,000 sign-on bonus and student loan repayment programs!*
*This is a full-time, 30-40 hours per week position, Monday through Friday, with on-call as needed. Shifts typically fall between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM; a flexible schedule and hours are available.*
*On-call pay is $400/week.*
*Responsibilities:*
* Administer medications and monitor for patient side effects and reactions
* Create, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the medical team
* Conduct and document urine, drug, and alcohol screenings
* Complete thorough nursing assessments and maintain accurate electronic health records
* Coordinate referrals and follow-up care with outside providers
* Ensure compliance with federal regulations for medication management and patient information
* Provide on-call and weekend nursing coverage as assigned

*Requirements:*
* Graduate of an accredited nursing school or collegiate program.
* Current, unencumbered LPN or RN license in the State of North Dakota.
* At least one year of nursing experience (preferred).
*Skills & Competencies:*
* Strong understanding of substance use disorders and medication-assisted treatment.
* Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team setting.
* Effective therapeutic communication skills with patients and families.
* Proficiency in electronic health records documentation.
* Ability to educate and train staff and patients on relevant health topics
