- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the facility
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with Medicare regulations
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintain a safe and therapeutic environment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of nursing staff and provide feedback and coaching as needed
- Manage staffing levels, including recruitment, hiring, and scheduling of nursing personnel
- Conduct regular meetings with nursing staff to address concerns, provide updates, and promote teamwork
- Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in nursing care
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of {location}
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership or management role
- Knowledge of Medicare regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
