*Your Role and Responsibilities*

* Develop and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for patients with chronic musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
* Utilize a variety of therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and education on proper body mechanics and pain management strategies.
* Work effectively within our interdisciplinary team, collaborating closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care and optimal outcomes.
* Educate patients and their families about the recovery process, fostering trust and encouraging active participation in their care plans.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, modifying treatment plans as needed to achieve established goals.
