Meaningful Outcomes is looking for exceptional *Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) *to join our Rhode Island team.

*We pay as *_*high *_*as $75 an hour, $75,000 yearly salary on a bi-weekly basis! (Depending on experience)*

*Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities and Duties*
* Supervise and support staff implementing treatment programs through supervision, training and feedback.
* Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.
* Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and organizational policies.
* Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.
* Conduct clinical assessments and assist in development/revisions of the Treatment Plans and writing of goals and objectives for clients.
* Analyze treatment data and assess efficacy of treatment.
* Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care for clients.
* Utilize behavior management techniques to address challenging behaviors in clients.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
* Observe and provide feedback to direct service workers proving home or community-based therapy programs.
* Analyze treatment data and assess efficacy of treatment
* Address clinical issues and challenging behaviors including a functional behavioral assessment for providing direction to the direct service workers.
* Attend IEP meetings, when indicated, in order to maintain or modify Treatment Plan.
* Provide consultation/on-going supervision and training to direct service workers and family.
* Provide group supervision when there are two or more home-based workers treating a child. Group supervision is necessary to maintain optimal communication and ensure consistent implementation of treatment.
* Attend agency administrative meetings and trainings.
* Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisors.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
*Basic & Physical Requirements:*
* Must be able to lift and carry clients who are least 30 pounds.
* Must be willing and able to restrain/hold/transport and utilize quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Support Plan in the course of working with children with challenging behavior.
* Must be able to assume and maintain a variety of postures including kneeling, squatting, crouching, crawling, sitting, standing, bending, for extended periods of time.
* Must be able to walk and run to chase clients and maintain a three-foot distance at all times.
* Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.
* Must be able to attend to basic needs such as feeding, diapering, toileting, and dressing.
* Must have manual dexterity to perform specific computer and electronic device functions for data collection.
* Must have visual acuity to read and comprehend written communication through computer, electronic devices, and paper means.
* Must be able to take written data and transfer to electronic files or data base systems.
* Must be able to maintain prolonged periods of working on a computer while sitting at a desk or on the floor.
* Must be able to assemble, clean and maintain therapy space including toys and furniture.
*Job Requirements: *
* Valid BCBA Certificate
* Must have a valid Rhode Island License - Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) _or willing to obtain one_
* Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license.
* Successfully pass BCI and DCYF/CANTS screening.
* Experience working with Children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities.
* Experience providing supervision for ABA, HBTS and/or PASS programming is a plus.
