*Overview*
WolffPAC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Behavior Analyst to collaborate with our clinical team, including our Behavior Analysts and Clinical Director, to lead our healthcare team in delivering exceptional patient care. The Behavior Analyst will be responsible for supervising a caseload, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing best practices to enhance the quality of care provided. This role requires strong leadership skills and communication skills.

*Duties*
* Oversee daily caseload of clients, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
* Collaborate with Client Specialist, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to promote professional development.
* Ensure compliance with CASP standards and other regulatory requirements.
* Develop and implement behavior plans and procedures that promote clinical effectiveness and patient safety.
* Collaborate with other departments to improve overall healthcare delivery and patient outcomes.
* Monitor clinical performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
*Experience*
* Proven experience in Applied Behavioral Analysis.
* Strong understanding of CASP standards and regulatory compliance in a clinical setting.
* Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse team effectively while fostering a positive work environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
* Must hold an active BCBA and COBA certification in good standing.
* WolffPAC provides mentorship and guidance to behavior analysts with less than 5 years of experience.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
