We're excited to add a Speech-Language Pathologist to our growing team! This full-time position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse pediatric caseload in a warm, supportive clinic environment.

*Job Summary*

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SLP who loves early intervention, play-based therapy, speech-sound disorders, and supporting autistic children. You will provide clinic-based therapy to toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children in an encouraging and collaborative setting.

*Responsibilities*

* Implement individualized therapy plans for speech, language, social communication, and cognitive-communication needs
* Provide high-quality, play-based pediatric therapy
* Collaborate with families and caregivers as partners in the therapy process
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress notes
* Stay updated on current research and therapeutic best practices

*Qualifications*

* Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field
* Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) license
* Experience working with pediatric populations
* Strong communication skills and a self-motivated approach
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*Compensation*

* $60.00 per hour
* $300 annual CEU allowance
* Paid Documentation Time
* Paid Travel Time
