We are looking for a certified, experienced BCBA to support middle and high school students with significant support needs due to ASD, developmental disabilities, and social-emotional challenges at a special education collaborative in Medway, MA.
This is a perfect position for BCBAs who want:

* To continue to develop behavior analytic skills with access to high quality continuing education
* To collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
* To supervise RBTs and work with aspiring BCBAs
*School BCBA Requirements*
* Masters degree
* Certified and licensed as a BCBA in Massachusetts
* 3 years working in the field of ABA
* Desired: Experience in schools
*School BCBA Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough behavioral assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients
* Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions
* Train staff in the implementation of behavior intervention plans
* Supervise RBTs
* Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care
* Stay current with advancements in the field of ABA to develop innovative treatment strategies that are data-based, trauma-informed and compassionate
* Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities

* Compensation: $61,000 to $102,000 based on school experience and 183 days of work
* School year position
* Hours: 7-3:00
* Tuition reimbursement available
