Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) *- *$20 to $29 per hour + Benefits

*Schedule:* Full Time or Part time

If you're looking for a positive and fun environment to work then look no further. We are a privately owned dental practice, located in San Marcos CA, we are looking for a *Lead Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) * to join our team Full Time.

*Compensation: *$27 to $30 per hour and we offer 401k, Dental benefits and Paid Holidays.

*Ideal candidate has at least 3* year experience with crown prep and the ability to take clean digital xrays. RDA License and CPR card are required. If applying as DA, X-ray certification required.

*Dental Assistant duties:*

* Assist the doctor in all 4-handed dentistry procedures.
* Perform all RDA or DA functions.
* Prepare patients for treatments or checkups ensuring their comfort
* Select and set up instruments, equipment and material needed
* Sterilize instruments according to regulations
