*Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the 2025-2026 School Year*

Seven Generations Charter School is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to assist the School Nurse in providing health services that enable students with healthcare concerns to participate safely in the educational setting. One year of prior experience working as a nurse in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.

This is a 10-month position, 29 hours per week as follows:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30am - 3:00pm (30 min unpaid lunch), and Wednesday, 8:30am - 1:30pm

Qualifications:

* Current PA Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
* Current CPR and First Aid certification
* Ability to maintain confidentiality, follow protocols, and communicate effectively with students, families, and staff

The LPN will:

* Provide basic first aid and emergency care to students and staff within the LPN scope of practice
* Administer prescribed medication and treatments as delegated by the Certified School Nurse and in accordance with physician orders and school policy
* Follow health room procedures and treatment guidelines for illness and injury management
* Assist in maintaining student health records and daily health room visits
* Support health screening (vision, hearing, etc.)
* Accompany field trips as health needs arise.
