We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. *Responsibilities*

* Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate speech and language disorders.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs.
* Implement evidence-based speech therapy techniques to improve communication skills.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators and healthcare professionals, to support patient progress.
* Educate patients and families about speech disorders and therapeutic techniques for home practice.
* Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
* Provide early intervention services for children with speech and language delays.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and relevant practices in the field of speech-language pathology.

*Qualifications*

* Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology related to speech and language functions.
* Experience in pediatrics or school settings is preferred but not required.
* Proficient understanding of patient assessment techniques and early intervention strategies.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
* A compassionate approach towards patient care with a focus on improving quality of life through effective therapy.
