*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment programs for patients with various physical conditions. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy and physical therapy techniques, with a focus on providing high-quality care in both outpatient and acute care settings. The Physical Therapist will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients to determine their physical therapy needs.
* Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that may include trigger point therapy, orthopedic rehabilitation, and discharge planning.
* Provide hands-on therapy in both outpatient and acute care environments.
* Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to enhance recovery.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with clinic policies.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, particularly in pediatric cases.
* Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and techniques.
*Qualifications*
* Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
* Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
* Strong knowledge of anatomy and human body systems relevant to physical therapy.
* Experience in outpatient settings preferred; experience with pediatrics is a plus.
* Familiarity with discharge planning processes and acute care environments is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $44.98 - $54.17 per hour
