*Job Overview:*

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our healthcare team at Pirate Pediatrics. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive medical care to infants, children, and adolescents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social well-being. This role involves diagnosing and treating various pediatric conditions, conducting routine check-ups, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals and in-house mental health therapists to deliver high-quality patient care.

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct thorough physical examinations of patients to assess their health status.
* Diagnose and treat a range of pediatric illnesses and conditions.
* Provide preventive care through vaccinations and health education for patients and their families.
* Monitor the growth and development of children, addressing any concerns related to milestones.
* Utilize telehealth services to offer remote consultations when necessary.
* Operate neonatal ventilators and provide critical care for newborns as needed.
* Administer basic life support in emergency situations.
* Collaborate with specialists in areas such as pediatric cardiology when required.
* Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
* Participate in community outreach programs to promote child health awareness.

*Skills*
* Strong knowledge of pediatric medicine and patient care systems.
