* Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate therapies to support ongoing wellness and pain management.
* Maintain detailed treatment records, including client progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring accurate documentation of services provided.
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals or medical staff when necessary to coordinate care for clients with complex health issues.
* Uphold the highest standards of patient service by creating a welcoming environment and ensuring client comfort throughout each session.
* Stay informed about the latest developments in physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and occupational health practices.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience as a Massage Therapist with knowledge of various massage modalities such as deep tissue and trigger point therapy.
* Strong understanding of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology to accurately assess patient needs.
* Excellent patient service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction.
* Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
* Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
* Knowledge of occupational health principles related to workplace wellness programs is a plus.
