We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate General Dentist seeing patients at our Pediatric Dentistry Clinics in Salem and surrounding regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry, pediatric oral health, patient care, and dental procedures, with experience using leading dental software systems. This role offers an opportunity to provide exceptional dental services to children and adolescents in a supportive environment that emphasizes patient comfort and clinical excellence. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering comprehensive dental care, including preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures, tailored to pediatric patients' unique needs.

*Responsibilities*

* Perform comprehensive dental examinations and assessments for pediatric patients, utilizing medical and dental terminology effectively.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on preventive care, restorative procedures, oral surgery, endodontics, prosthodontics, and other general dentistry services.
* Conduct dental procedures such as dental extractions, root canal therapy, and dental fabrication with precision and adherence to aseptic techniques.
* Utilize dental imaging technology and interpret results to inform diagnosis and treatment strategies.
* Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient confidentiality.
* Educate patients and their guardians on oral health practices, treatment options, and post-procedure care.
* Collaborate with team members using four-handed dentistry techniques to optimize patient flow and comfort.
* Ensure infection control standards are strictly followed to maintain a safe clinical environment.
* Keep up-to-date with advancements in pediatric dentistry, including knowledge of anatomy relevant to children's oral structures.
* Manage medical records efficiently using software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.

*Qualifications*

* Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
* Valid state dental license with specialization or experience in Pediatric Dentistry preferred.
* Proven experience in pediatric dentistry, including performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, endodontics, prosthodontics, and oral surgery procedures.
* Proficiency with dental software systems such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix.
* Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
* Knowledge of infection control protocols and aseptic techniques essential for safe practice.
* Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate effectively with children and their families.
* Familiarity with medical imaging technology and interpretation skills related to pediatric patients' anatomy.
* Ability to work efficiently within a team using four-handed dentistry practices while maintaining high standards of clinical excellence. This position is integral to delivering top-quality pediatric dental care within a professional setting committed to growth and excellence in patient service.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $3,000,000.00 per year
