Portage Path Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time Outpatient Therapist (LSW/LISW, LPC/LPCC or MFT/LMFT) to join our Akron team.
*What You'll Do:*
* Provide outpatient, individual psychotherapy to adult clients.
* Develop comprehensive treatment plans.
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and agency standards.
* Participate in supervision, team meetings, and continuing education activities.
* Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including case managers, medical professionals and peer support to ensure wrap around support.

*What You Bring:*
* Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.
* Current active clinical licensure _(LSW/LISW, LPC/LPCC or MFT/LMFT)_
* Strong understanding of trauma-informed care and evidence based practices.
