* Develop comprehensive behavioral intervention plans tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on skill acquisition and reducing challenging behaviors. * Conduct patient assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and intake interviews, to establish baseline functioning and treatment goals. * Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy techniques, utilizing data collection methods to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly. * Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment strategies across settings. * Maintain accurate medical records, documenting all patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment updates in compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to uphold high standards of patient care and fidelity to treatment protocols. * Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with advancements in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral health practices, and relevant medical terminology.
