Responsibilities:

Pediatrix is seeking experienced neonatal nurse practitioners to join our team in Middle Tennessee on a per diem basis. Our team of 8 board certified Neonatologist and 20 NNPs staff five NICUs in the Nashville metropolitan area.

• Level III and Level II NICU coverage
• Candidates must possess strong well-baby and sick baby assessment and management skills
• Delivery room resuscitation skills for the term and preterm infant required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Neonatal transport

Qualifications:

• Current APRN national specialty certification
• Minimum of a master s degree and 1 year post-grad NNP experience
• Active TN or IMLC license preferred
• Clinical experience/case logs within the last year

Benefits and Compensation:

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.
