About this role:

As an Advanced Practice Provider at our Washington County InstaCare clinics, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role, you will treat patients of all ages, managing a wide range of conditions and performing essential clinical procedures like suturing, wound management, and emergency care.

  • You will practice at Washington County InstaCare clinics (Sunset, River Road and Hurricane Valley)
  • You will have the opportunity to pick up additional shifts at Cedar City InstaCare clinic
  • InstaCare Clinics are open 8:00 am-7:00 pm, seven days a week
  • Your schedule will be 12 12-hour shifts per month, primarily compromised of nine weekday and three weekend day shifts split among the three clinics

What you’ll bring:

  • Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner program
  • Licensed as PA or NP in the state of Utah or able to obtain
  • Board certification by AANP, ANCC or NCCPA
  • BLS certification for healthcare providers
  • DEA and full prescriptive authority in Utah
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process
  • Minimum two years of experience as an NP or PA in urgent care or emergency medicine
