The Rendon Center for Dermatology and Aesthetic Medicine is seeking an advanced practice provider with knowledge in all areas of dermatology to join our thriving practice in Boca Raton, Florida. Boca Raton is home to excellent schools, beautiful neighborhoods, and world-renowned beaches.
The candidate will work alongside a supportive team of experienced physicians, APP’s, medical assistants, and administrative staff, with the support of a corporate practice management group.
Through affiliation with DermCare Management, the merging of seasoned medical professionals with clinically focused management expertise offers a great opportunity for providers seeking to work in a successful professional environment. Providers will benefit from an established internal referral base to rapidly build up volume, working in a practice with specialized equipment and procedure rooms
Our practice offers full medical and surgical dermatological services with Mohs Surgery in-house as well as an array of cosmetic and laser services.
Candidates must be able to handle a mixed caseload of both general dermatology and cosmetic procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the provision of high-quality healthcare services to our patients.
- Ensure a high degree of patient satisfaction.
- Participate in marketing plans and strategy development to maintain the excellent reputation of the practices
- Strong diagnostic skills to diagnose and treat all dermatology related conditions
- Be knowledgeable of the latest treatments available for medical dermatology and cosmetic procedures.

About DermCare Management
In 2016, a group of renowned dermatologists explored the idea of partnering with an experienced healthcare management team. The clinicians wanted help in expanding their practices, while at the same time relieving themselves of the daily burden of the many administrative tasks that go along with running a busy practice.
In July 2017, DermCare was launched as a group practice, with five original founding practices encompassing 15 locations and a South Florida footprint from Hollywood to Key West. In December that same year, a sixth practice was added, bringing DermCare’s group practice to 16 offices with 27 providers, and expanding the footprint north to Boca Raton.
By July 2018, DermCare’s offices were serving 150,000 patients.
In 2019, Hollywood, California met Hollywood, Florida, and Skin & Beauty Center joined our family along with Margulies Dermatology adding a total of 8 new locations to our roster.
Despite an unprecedented world pandemic in 2020, DermCare welcomed 3 new practices to the fold including Florida WestCoast Skin and Cancer Center’s 3 locations as well as SkinSmart Dermatology and Betty Bellman MD.
In March of 2021, DermCare was able to expand into the Orlando, Florida market by welcoming Hillcrest Plastic Surgery to our group. Today, we serve 450,000 patients via 39 locations spread across Florida, Texas, and California supported by 77 of the country’s best medical providers.
