Sentara Health is seeking a Team Lead - Certified Nurse Midwife to join our thriving Midwifery program on the beautiful peninsula of Virginia at Sentara Careplex Hospital. Position Highlights:

• Location: Hampton, VA
• Participate in recruitment or new CNMs with the goal of building the program to 6 Midwives.
• Work with practice administrators to develop and maintain a clinic and call schedule for CNMs.
• Explore the possibility of beginning a centering model of prenatal care.
• Provide educational support for CNMs on the team.
• Attend and participate in regular meetings with group physicians and administrators, including LDRP, Ob/Gyn Associates, SCH meetings, and implement key policies within the midwifery division.
• Conduct regular meetings with the CNM team to ensure best practices.
• Serve as a model for professionalism.
