Southern Illinois Healthcare (SIH) is seeking a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our thriving and mission-driven medical group. This full-time, outpatient opportunity is available in Herrin, Carbondale, or Harrisburg, Illinois.

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from a CAHEA-accredited program
OR
Master’s degree in Nursing from a CCNEA-accredited program (FNP)
Current Illinois license as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Nurse
Current NCCPA (for PA) or AANP/ANCC certification (for NP)
Active DEA license or eligibility to obtain one upon hire
