Position Overview
We are seeking Physician Assistants (PA-C) and Family Nurse Practitioners (FNP-C/NP) to join our growing Family Medicine team. Providers will care for patients of all ages in a collaborative, supportive environment that values quality outcomes over volume.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are required for select locations and strongly preferred for all roles due to our diverse patient population.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
- Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension
- Perform minor in-office procedures (e.g., suturing, joint injections)
- Order and interpret labs and diagnostic imaging
- Prescribe medications and develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients on preventive care and lifestyle management
- Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical support staff
Qualifications
For Physician Assistants
- Master’s degree from an ARC-PA accredited program
- PA-C certification and active Texas licensure
For Nurse Practitioners
- Master’s degree from an accredited FNP program
- FNP-C certification (ANCC or AANP) and active Texas APRN licensure
For All Candidates
- 1+ year of Family Medicine experience preferred (strong new graduates considered)
- Comfort managing chronic disease and preventive care
- EHR proficiency and evidence-based practice mindset
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required for certain locations

Final location assignment will be discussed based on experience, language skills, and clinic needs.
