Start as soon as credentialed, with coverage beginning in March, and enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm. Required Skills:

• Urology specialty experience is mandatory
• Ability to perform detailed patient assessments and develop management plans
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in outpatient urology clinics
• Certification in Advanced Practice Nursing or Physician Assistant licensure
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
• Familiarity with urological procedures and diagnostics

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Physician Assistant Studies (MS or equivalent)
• Minimum of 2 years of urology-specific practice experience
• Prior experience in outpatient clinic settings is highly desirable

Other Requirements:

• Valid state licensure and certification to practice as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Willingness to undergo credentialing process
• Willing to travel for training or meetings if required
• Ability to work full-time hours, with flexibility to adapt to departmental needs
