Required Skills:

• Valid Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification and licensure
• Proven trauma anesthesia experience, preferably in high-volume, high-acuity settings
• Strong procedural skills, including airway management and anesthesia administration
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities
• Flexibility to work 8-12 hour shifts, with a minimum of 3 shifts per week

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working at trauma centers or Level I trauma facilities
• Prior experience with satellite hospital shifts
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical settings within the network

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a CRNA in trauma or high-acuity surgical settings
• Flexibility to commit fully to the duration of the assignment from June 1, 2026, to September 4, 2026

Other Requirements:

• Availability for full coverage throughout the specified period; no week-on/week-off schedules
• Willingness to work at Sacred Heart and occasionally at Holy Family (located 15 minutes away)
• Work hours are scheduled between 8-12 hours per shift; overtime payable after 40 hours per week
• No guaranteed hours; flexibility and reliability are essential
• Travel and licensing reimbursements available when applicable
