We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to provide top-tier anesthesia services across multiple settings within our renowned medical center and surgery centers. Required Skills:
- Board Certification as a CRNA
- Valid state license (or compact license accepted)
- DEA registration
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a CRNA
- ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications preferred
- Proficiency with Epic EMR (highly preferred)
- Ability to support up to 150 anesthetics daily across various specialties
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to travel to multiple surgery centers within Lexington, up to once or twice weekly
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in ambulatory surgery centers
- Familiarity with Glidescopes, Alaris IV pumps, and Draeger anesthesia machines
- Prior experience in GYN, ortho, urology, or vascular anesthesia
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Graduation from an accredited CRNA program
- At least 2 years in a surgical/anesthesia setting
- Current, active license or compact license ready for activation
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to support a 4-week/month schedule
- Availability for 4x10-hour shifts (08:00 – 17:00)
- Ability to rotate to ambulatory surgery centers in Lexington, Irmo, and Northeast Columbia
- Credentialing timeframe of 60-90 days
- Must be comfortable supporting adult and geriatric patient populations; pediatric cases are limited and not included for travelers
- Travel expenses, licensing, certifications, and reimbursements covered as applicable
