RPG - APP Emergency Medicine Hybrid - Holyoke, CO

Location: Holyoke, CO - 135 miles from Denver International Airport
Facility: Melissa Memorial Hospital
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Schedule: 7, 24-hour shifts per month
Position: ER/Inpatient Hybrid Program
Procedures: Intubations, Vent Management, Central Lines, Chest Tubes, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, Dislocation Reduction, ED Bedside Ultrasound, Lumbar Puncture, Adult Resuscitation, Peds Resuscitation, Procedural Sedation.
Bed Count: 11 Beds total - Acute, Swing and SNF
Average ER Volume: 110/month
Average Inpatient Volume: 4
Average Length of Stay: 2.5 days
Sub Specialty Support: Anesthesia, General Surgery, Cardiology, Ortho, Podiatry, Oncology, Wound Care, PT, Occupational Therapy, Cardio Therapy, Chemotherapy
SNIF: requires daily rounding at 10:00am
Lodging: On campus, one-bedroom apartment available

• Emergency Medicine training is a MUST
• Inpatient/ Hospitalist experience is a plus
• Intubation experience needed along with other ER procedure's
• 24 hour shifts
• Prime bonus eligible
• Trauma Level 4
• Emergency Department Volume 110/month
• Daily Census of 4 on average
• Average Weekly Admissions: 7-10
• Average Daily Discharges: 1
• Average Encounters Per Day : 10
• On site lodging is provided
• RPG will help with licensing and credentialing
