What You Need to Succeed:

• Valid Physician Assistant Certification or Nurse Practitioner License with Urology experience.
• Proficiency in physical examinations, diagnostics, and urological procedures.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, staff, and patients.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations.

Additional Skills That Would Be a Plus:

• ACT certification or equivalent.
• Experience working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations.
• Prior experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in Urology or related specialty.
• Current state licensure and board certification.

Other Requirements:

• Availability for Clinic Coverage on Tuesdays through Fridays, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Willingness to work during scheduled shifts; open to travel or additional reimbursements where applicable.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

This position offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00, with comprehensive benefits including competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, referral bonuses, and paid sick time in accordance with legal requirements.
