Join Our Team as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) – Make a Difference in a Dynamic, High-Volume Surgical Environment

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our busy surgical team, supporting a facility with over 24 operating rooms and a wide variety of surgical cases. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast-paced, supervised setting alongside experienced anesthesiologists, providing anesthesia care across multiple specialties, including mitral clips, Watchman procedures, heads, and healthy pediatrics. Candidates must possess an active Pennsylvania license and be available for full-time work, with the ability to commit to 4-5 day shifts (4-10s or 5-8s) per week, including overtime after 40 hours. This role offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00 (Cap at $305/hour, non-negotiable). No weekend or night calls are required, and all patient ages are supported in this role.

Required Skills:

• Active PA RN license with certification as a CRNA
• Full-time availability, with the ability to work 3-4 weeks per month
• Proven experience in anesthesia within a hospital or clinical setting
• Ability to work independently under supervision
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques for various procedures
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with busy OR environments
• Familiarity with anesthesia for heads, healthy pediatrics, and cardiac procedures
• Prior work in multi-specialty surgical centers

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Master's degree or higher in Nurse Anesthesia
• Current board certification as a CRNA
• At least 2 years of relevant anesthesia experience

Other Requirements:

• Valid state licensure and certifications
• Supervised practice setting experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• No pediatric CRNA option available at this time
• Support staff includes anesthesia techs and surgical care assistants
