Join Our Team as a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner!
Are you a dedicated Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner seeking a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in women’s healthcare? We are looking for a compassionate and skilled provider to join a growing outpatient practice, delivering essential antepartum and gynecological care. This full-time role offers the chance to collaborate with experienced OBGYNs, Certified Nurse Midwives, and social workers, ensuring comprehensive care for women across their health journeys.
In this pivotal position, you will perform IUD placements and removals, Nexplanon insertions, and provide outpatient care in a nurturing, professional environment. With a flexible schedule option—either Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm or three days per week—you can achieve a healthy work-life balance while making a significant impact in women’s health.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Board-Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
- Active Texas Medical License and DEA certification
- Experience with OB/GYN outpatient care, including IUD placement/removal and Nexplanon procedures
- Ability to comfortably manage OB patients in an outpatient setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working with electronic medical records such as Athena EMR
- Knowledge of current women’s health best practices
- Bilingual abilities to better serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing
- 1-3 years of relevant outpatient women’s health experience
- Prior credentialing experience in an outpatient setting is a plus
Other Requirements:
- Credentialing process approximately 1-3 days
- Flexibility to accommodate travel reimbursements if applicable, including airfare, lodging, and car rental
- Ability to start by March 9, 2026, or sooner upon credentialing completion
