Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner

Required Skills:
- Valid NH registered nurse practitioner license in good standing
- Proven experience in emergency medicine, including orthopedic cases
- Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency with the Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work 12-hour night shifts (8 p.m. - 8 a.m.)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience in a critical access or rural hospital setting
- Certification in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC
- Bilingual abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Nursing (ARNP or DNP)
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency or urgent care experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with orthopedic patient management is highly desirable
Other Requirements:
- Must hold an active license to practice in New Hampshire at the time of employment
- Willingness to support shift coverage on short notice
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for mileage reimbursement
- Participation in mandatory pre-shift training, including EMR training and any required Occupational Health requirements
This position offers an hourly pay rate of $120.94, along with competitive benefits including weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, robust referral bonuses, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and travel/lodging stipends when applicable. Mileage and lodging are covered for travel assignments. Training will be provided prior to your shift to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process.
