Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide housecall services in a multi-specialty practice in Manhattan, NY. This per-diem position offers the unique benefit of a personal driver to worksites and a competitive, negotiable compensation package.

Qualifications
- Education: Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or higher from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Licensure: Active New York State Nurse Practitioner License (Required).
- Certification: Board Certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience required.
- Location: Must be residing in Manhattan, NY.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in comprehensive patient assessments, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation. Comfort with point-of-care testing and portable medical equipment.
- Soft Skills: Highly independent, excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, compassionate, and adaptable to different home environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations in patients' homes.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Prescribe medications and treatments within the NP scope of practice.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Provide patient and family education on health maintenance and disease management.
- Coordinate care with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient encounters.
