Banner Health, a Top 5 Large Health System and one of the country's premier non-profit health care networks is expanding its team of advanced practice providers  in Susanville, California.  We are seeking an experienced CRNA  to join our team and become part of the fabric of the community.

Excellent opportunity for a  dynamic  CRNA  to join our  highly trained  surgical team providing Orthopedic, General Surgery, and  scopes. 

• CRNA-only practice model
• Responsible for performing general, regional, and monitored anesthesia services including Ultrasound guided blocks, Ortho, and OB
• Minimum of 1 year experience
• Full Time
• 2 weeks on, 1  week off
• Call required
