No Call Position – Year One Total = $320,000

• $275k Base compensation
• $15k Retention Bonus
• $30k Sign on Bonus
• Flexible schedule with guaranteed 9 weeks’ time off

Call Position – Year One Total = $335,000

• $275k Base compensation
• $15k Retention Bonus
• $30k Sign on Bonus
• $15k Call Pay – Infrequent callback.
• Flexible schedule with guaranteed 9 weeks’ time off, plus some post call days off.
