Founded by our Central WA Family Medicine Residency program (CWFM) in 1993, CHCW has grown into an integrated community health center to include full spectrum primary care, pediatric, senior residential care, behavioral and addiction care, and dental serving the Yakima and Kittitas Counties at multiple sites.

 On-Site Support

• Strong and robust Primary Care Behavioral Health with BHCs on site and warm handoffs within minutes
• Support services: lab, xray, pharmacy on site, evening clinic (certain services are site specific)
• Clinical Support: fully staffed with MAs, RNs, case managers
• Providers: Great blend of new grads, tenured physicians, and APPs. 

 Compensation Package

• Salary: $132,500-$156,000.  Salary is based on a quality incentive, encounters per day (18-26-tiered level), and experience bonus. 
• Medical, Dental, Vision, Rx, AD&D, Life, LTD, HSA, and FTCA malpractice coverage.

Qualifications

• ARNP, MSN with FNP certification.
• Current, unrestricted RN license.
• WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license.
• DEA certificate.
• Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid.
• Prefer experienced FNPs but new grads with extensive nursing experience in direct patient care in PC/UC , ER/trauma, critical care, med/surg will be considered.
• *If you are a new FNP with an active RN multistate license in another state, you must have graduated less than 12 months ago to be considered.
